This creative group began at the start of 2022 and has accomplished great things! Designed to provide a warm space for singers aged 16+ to grow, gain confidence and skill, and enjoy community, we focus on learning three-part harmony across a range of genres and tailored to suit our performance opportunities. We have performed in nursing homes, at community Christmas-in-July events, and church services.

Set up as a low-stakes commitment over a few months, each intake serves as its own eight-ten week intensive where singers can pop in and pop out as their schedules permit throughout the year. 

All music is arranged by our Director, Kayla, to suit the skillsets, experience, and ranges of the specific voices in each intake. Kayla is an award-winning composer who has had her choral works performed in the Sydney Opera House and with the Elder Conservatorium of Music. She enjoys teaching and helping people from all levels experience the thrill of making beautiful music together. Past songs we have done include: Time After Time, Strangers Like Me from Tarzan, Down To The River To Pray, I Can See Clearly Now, etc. And at Christmas…. we carol! 

Choir accepts members from ages 16+ and runs weekly on a Monday night during the intake period from 7-8pm at our rehearsal space. Each hour is $15 (incl. GST) and is bulk-invoiced at the beginning of the intake. 

No audition is required, we simply offer a space for singers of all musical experieneces (or lack thereof!) to come and learn something new and build in choral/singing skills.
